Vedanta, which is based on the spiritual awareness of reality from thousands of years ago, was documented in the Upanishads, written between 800- 200 BCE. These philosophies provide truths to which we can re-awaken and revive our own clairvoyance in this current time. Vedanta has great understanding of the intricacies of human consciousness, and describes how we can emerge from the brambles and weeds of our own making into a more meaningful spiritual life. Part of understanding Vedanta is the conscious act of recognizing the divinity of everything and of every being. Vedanta considers the ultimate goal of life to learn how to manifest our own inherent divinity.
