Presented by Andrew Barker
In Varanasi, India, in 1880, Madame Blavatsky and Col. Olcott chose the Sanskrit mantra, “Satyan Nasti Paro Dharmah”, as the guiding motto for the newly created Theosophical Society. The actual meaning of those words is more accurately, “The Ultimate Spiritual Path is Realization and Integration with the Intrinsic Nature of Reality”. Together, we will meditate on the deep implications of its original meaning, and learn of its powerfully transformative message for our own present lives; for the time to awaken is now.
Andrew Barker follows Advaita Vedanta, the ancient Ch’an masters and the Dao, and previously studied Eastern spiritual traditions extensively, as well as being a long-time member of the Theosophical Society.
