Join us every Sunday as we explore the meditative traditions of East and West. Our goal is not just to relax with meditation, but more importantly to help you discover your true Self. During the 75 minute session, we begin with a practice of meditative Self-Inquiry, followed by some tea and time for questions.
Zach is a student of all the world traditions. Early “awakening” experiences lead to a deep desire to add context to the physical and non-physical experiences that began arising.
