Presented By: Stanton Stevens
The facts presented by Esoterics come from subjective experiences or from those who have gone far beyond us on the evolutionary path. The facts of science come from reproducible experiments and confirmed, objective observations of the physical world. Though very different in source, these knowledge systems are both describing the same reality, and must eventually agree. Many scientists think they are completely incompatible, dismissing anything not measurable in the physical world. But great scientists like Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, David Bohm, Rupert Sheldrake, took a larger, open-minded view, and tried to answer the questions about consciousness and oneness that science has not yet answered. Stanton will review the convergence of science and Esoterics; where they agree and disagree. He will also examine how current world problems involving science are seen through the lens of Esoterics. In this talk problems such as climate change, vaccines, abortion, toxins in the environment, nuclear power, and medicine will be examined from an Esoteric viewpoint. Esoterics has predicted past scientific discoveries and some further predictions it makes that have yet to be confirmed.
Stanton is a long time student of esoterics including Theosophy, Alice Bailey and Henry T. Laurency. He leads a Rainbow Bridge meditation group in Port Townsend.
